Curious about membership?

If you are not yet saved…

You must accept Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord and be baptized. We encourage you to attend one of our Sunday morning Worship Services and speak with our pastor about becoming a member.

How to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior…
PRAY, “Dear God, today I’ve realized how much You care about me. Thank You for loving me in spite of all my faults. Thank You for caring enough to send Jesus so that I can know what You’re like. I admit that I haven’t fully realized until now how much I need You in my life. I need Your forgiveness for the things I’ve done wrong. And I need to know the purpose that You’ve made me for. I need to accept Your free gift of eternal life in heaven. Jesus Christ, I don’t understand it all but I’m amazed that You would care enough to want a relationship with me. Today, as best as I know how, I open up my life to You. I want to get to know You and I want to learn to trust You to meet the deepest needs in my life. Thank You. Amen.”

If you prayed this prayer we encourage you to visit us on Sunday mornings so we can help you celebrate through baptism, and support your growing faith.

If you have been saved…

There are two ways you can join the church:

1. Ask for your membership to be transferred from another church, if that fellowship is within the Southern Baptist Convention.

2. By stating that you are a follower of Christ and have been Biblically baptized (by immersion, understanding the symbolic nature of baptism).

All three of these methods are normally requested at the close of the Sunday morning worship service by talking to the pastor after the last song. However, You can also talk to the pastor at anytime during the week about your desire to become a member.
